Well, I’m either nuts or sane  (can’t decide yet )  but on the weekend I’m off to do two weeks of either pure hell in the form of a residential boot camp.

I’ve done one before about 3 years ago but only for a week so this time I’m going to do 2 weeks of 10 -12 hours a day of exercising  The only thing that is keeping me going is the thought of the hunky military instructors

When I come back I’m only planning to be back for a week and then I’m planning a much needed holiday to Dubai for a week or so
