Another day at boot camp
So it’s my 4th day and I’m no longer feeling like shit the sore muscles are slowly going and getting up at 6 am is becoming second nature.
I can feel my body changing slowly , after all 10 hours of exercise a day will do that to you .
I’m halfway through week 1 have another week to go but may even stay for a third week maybe even four weeks if I can as its definitely working in terms of weight loss and fitness levels
I think I am crazy
