So its been two weeks at bootcamp and I’ve lost over a stone in weight and plenty of inches and the best thing was not having to wear any make up for 2 whole weeks total bliss & I met some fabulous people here at the camp

Last night was a bit of a party where we ended up at the pub ( lime and soda only for me ) and we had a great time
Im sort of glad to be going home but sad as well as the guys and ladies on this camp made it so worthwhile for the 2 weeks

I never did catch the cockerel and cook him on the Nandos grill but i did manage to get some Nandos on my day off so a sort of a result
Im back home now but i am very very tempted to do another week shortly just to shift another half a stone and i have found an amazing one in the Canaries Islands that i quite fancy doing next year for a month
