Day 2 Of Bootcamp
So today ( Saturday) this was my routine
Up at 6.30am and outside for roll call @ 6.55. no one was late
7am first lesson – 20mins of stretching and then a forty min cardio class
8am running and looping up the 2 mile drive and 15 mins of stretching
9 am-9.45 amBreakfast and Breaktime
10am 1.15 hrs mins of stretching and extensive cardio including and insane and very hard circuit
Short break
11.30am till 1pm
Boxing circuit
1pm -2pm lunch
2pm-5.30pm a long mainly up hill hike around the surrounding countryside
6pm Dinner
7pm die on my bed and sleep till 6.15 am on Sunday
