Another long hard day
So this was my day today at bootcamp
7am first class – insanity -yep I’m insane
8am breakfast
9am First class of running and stretching & weights
1Oam -11am Circuits & weights
11am break
11.20 Fartlec training
12.40. stretch
1pm lunch
2.15pm 3.30pm
Cardio and body pump Weights
3.30pm -4pm Break
4pm -5.30pm. Hill running ( fucking knackering )
6pm dinner and the rest of the evening is now mine
Today I walked over 26000 steps the recommended amount is 10,000 a day so I’ve done way over
Tomorrow we get a bit of a lie in we don’t have to be up at 7am to start we start at 7.20
Tomorrow we are off on a whole day hike along the countryside and fantastic coast line for I think a 20mile hike so I’m off to bed early tonight
