Hills Hills &. More bloody Hills

So today (Monday ) was our hiking day
We spent the day from 8.30am till 5.pm hiking sound 18 miles across the English countryside

Hiking across fields, rivers, streams and a small forest it had it’s highs and lows

High was lunch cup of soup and oat cake
The lows was realising no matter how tired I was and how much my body ached I had to carry on if I wanted to get back to base

We hiked up & down so many hills it was unreal, I started to feel sick and wanted to cry but you have to carry on
